Macronutrients are nutrients required in large amounts: protein, carbohydrates, and fats. They provide energy and support body functions.
Example
A meal with 30g protein, 40g carbs, 10g fat balances macros.
Calculation
Macros=Protein (g) + Carbs (g) + Fat (g)

Total Macros =30 +40 +10= 80g
